Meditation

Robbi La Londe creates an atmosphere of tranquility, nurturing participants with gentle floor stretches, breath-work, and transporting meditations guided by her soothing voice. During Yoga Nidra guided meditations, the brain is directed to relax through a sequence which parallels it’s actual structure, and clinical research has shown that a Yoga Nidra practice brings balance to the two hemispheres of the brain, and the two aspects of the autonomous nervous system (sympathetic and parasympathetic), in a way that is otherwise difficult to achieve. Yoga Nidra is the science of relaxation which enables us to dive down into the realms of the subconscious mind in a non-threatening way, thereby releasing long held mental tensions. It is one of the most powerful methods available to achieve mental, emotional and physical well-being through natural states of deep relaxation. No previous meditation experience is needed.
