In our modern, overly stimulating and stressful world, conscious activation of the parasympathetic nervous system is required to fully support a healthy body, mind, and immune system. Practicing Gentle Yoga is about treating yourself with the kindness you deserve and providing yourself with a greater sense of well-being. My Gentle Yoga classes begin with breath awareness and relaxation, feature stretches to warm and awaken the entire body, dynamic movement for strength and flexibility, and Savasana with guided meditation.
Gentle Yoga classes are taught weekly by Robbi La Londe.
Every Tuesday from 6:30pm - 7:30pm and every Saturday from 10:00am - 11:00am.
Your first class is always free and each additional class costs $15.00.
