Private Yoga

Whether you are a beginning or experienced yoga student, private instruction is a great way to develop your practice. Individual study is offered in the following areas:  Progressing from Level One to Level Two classes, Core strength, Pre- or Post-Natal, Emotional Recovery, Physical Recovery for specific parts of the body, Extra Gentle Floor Yoga, Chair Yoga (for students not comfortable getting up and down from the floor), Yoga Nidra (deep meditation rest), Restorative Yoga, or any combination of these.

will be designed just for you. Bringing her deeply soothing voice, and calming music into the mix, Robbi la Londe creates an atmosphere of tranquility-- nurturing participants with gentle floor stretches, breath-work and transporting meditations.

Specializing in Gentle Yoga, Guided Meditation, and 
Restorative Yoga, Robbi is certified at the 500-hour, and E-RYT-200 levels with the Yoga Alliance and a member of Namasta.  Robbi’s teaching style is patient, warm, supportive, and very nurturing.
