Robbi La Londe
Combining more than 30 years of training and performance experience as a professional athlete, with a Master’s Degree in Education, and a deep appreciation of Eastern philosophies, Robbi La Londe brings a unique skill set to her teaching of yoga and meditation classes. She strives to incorporate the latest scientific research in neurobiology, psychology, and fascia retraining to release “the issues held in our tissues,” and encourage a deeper sense of well-being in her students. Trained in both Yoga Nidra and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, she also enjoys bringing the benefits of the “Relaxation Response” to her students to assist them with nervous system regulation through her calming guided- meditation classes. By synchronizing breath-work and Somatic Mindfulness with traditional yoga poses, she designs well-rounded sequences to stretch and tone the body while creating the experience of participating in a moving meditation. Robbi is registered at the 500-hour level with the Yoga Alliance, and also certified to lead “Yoga for 12-Step Recovery” groups to assist with addiction recovery.
