Angela Barajas, MS, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has experience working with adolescents and their families, as well as adults.
Her clinical experience includes working with adolescents, their families, and adult individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts. Angela believes in working closely with families, and the individual, to further assist them in understanding the impact that depression, anxiety and trauma have on different areas of their lives. Angela also believes in the importance of fostering a warm, welcoming, and safe environment in sessions in order to make the therapeutic process one of authenticity and self-discovery.
Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Masters of Science degree in Counseling Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mount Saint Mary’s University.
Angela's interests outside of work include drawing, coloring, traveling, baking, running, hiking, and taking her beloved golden retriever on walks.
