GROUP: College Group - $30

This weekly group is designed for college-aged men and women 18-26 years old, enrollment in college is not required. This group is designed for young adults interested in progressing with personal goals, job and school decisions, dating and friendships, self-esteem, independence and positive family relationships. It is a great opportunity to be in a safe place to share about life and make great connections with others during one of the most important transitions of early adulthood.


This group meets weekly Friday's @ 130pm and costs $30 per weekly session.

CLASS: Gentle Yoga - $15

In our modern, overly stimulating and stressful world, conscious activation of the parasympathetic nervous system is required to fully support a healthy body, mind, and immune system. Practicing Gentle Yoga is about treating yourself with the kindness you deserve and providing yourself with a greater sense of well-being. Our Gentle Yoga classes begin with breath awareness and relaxation, feature stretches to warm and awaken the entire body, dynamic movement for strength and flexibility, and Savasana with guided meditation.


This class meets weekly every Tuesday from 6:30pm - 7:30pm or every Saturday from 10:00am - 11:00am for $15. Feel free to join our 30 minute Beginning Meditaiton on Tuesday's at 7:30pm and attend both in the same evening. Due to the popularity of this class, you are encouraged to register ahead of time to ensure your space in the workshop room.  The first class is always complimentary.

CLASS: Beginning Meditation - FREE

Meditation helps to relieve stress, increases happiness, lower blood pressure, and bring a sense of inner peace. Our meditation practice involves a comfortable position as we focus on the breath leading the mind’s attention to the present moment without drifting into concerns about the past or future. Our class includes guided meditation, yoga nidra, concentration, contemplation, visualizations and deep relaxation. Meditation has been described as rejuvenating, energizing, and relaxing.


This class meets weekly every Tuesday from 7:30pm - 8:00pm for FREE. Feel free to join Gentle Yoga at 6:30pm and attend both in the same evening.

GROUP: Wellness Kids Club - $30

This fun social skills club is designed for elementary age children interested in learning about coping skills, problem solving and conflict resolution in a playful and artistic way. This group is designed for kids who are willing to laugh, want to learn tools in a relaxed way, develop friendships and engage in peer support.

This group meets weekly on Wednesday from 3:30pm - 4:30pm and costs $30.00 per week. This group is SO POPULAR it has a co-leader that is a high school student studying psychology.

GROUP: Middle School Group - $30

A co-ed middle school group centered on navigating the challenges of adolescence, gaining healthy independence, and increasing positive communication with peers, family, and the community.

This group meets weekly on Fridays from 3:30pm - 4:30pm. This group is limited to 10 participants and costs $30 per week.

GROUP: High School Girls - $30

Thursdays 6:30-8:00PM
Cost: Weekly fee of $30

This workshop is designed for high school girls who are interested in learning techniques to deal with a variety of emotions, improve their relationships, and manage stressful situations. The goals of the workshop:

- Provide easy to use everyday skills
- Decrease hurtful behaviors
- Balance emotions & solutions
- Improve communication
- Increase awareness to create behavioral change
- Decrease behaviors that interfere with success
- Learn healthy coping skills
